LTSB Contact Centre Programme
Badge recipient will have completed a 2 and a half week (unpaid) programme running from 10-4 Monday-Friday.
2 days in Ulsterbank and 3 days online per week.
The programme focuses on employability skills - CV/Elevator pitch, Mock Interviews with a volunteer in the business industry, debates, presentations etc.
2 Insight Days at Ulsterbank. This will be facilitated by their potential team leader. This is to learn more about Natwest!
At the end of the programme the recipient will have completed an interview with Natwest for a retail banking apprentice role.
