The Belfast City Council Business Services Employment Academy with Citi has been designed to enhance earners skills and employability within the Finance and Investment Banking Sector. In addition to technical training, earners have completed practical tasks and work experience linked to industry standards to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to progress in to employment within this sector. This 12-week academy provides the fundamental skills the earner need for a career in Citi's Markets Operations Team including technical knowledge of products, process and functions involved in investment banking and employability through classroom and on-the-job learning.
