Only available to learners who are accepted onto a recognised supported internship. .
Learners undertaking this pathway will learn the skills and qualities that employers are looking for. Learners undertaking this pathway will be supported by local employers and their learning provider to apply and demonstrate essential workplace skills during a range of practical and relevant activities. Learners may earn some or all of these badges during the course of their internment by demonstrating these skills in a workplace setting. Learners complete the pathway by successfully completing their supported internship programme. at the end of this pathway learners will be able to better articulate their experiences of the work place when applying for work competitive job market.
