Health & Social Care Level 3 Upskilling Academy (2024/2025)
The level 3 Health and Social Care Upskilling Employment Academies are for people who work at entry level positions and are keen to get a 'better job' but do not yet have the qualifications or experience to progress to a supervisory or management role within their industry. To apply, applicants must have your employer's support to participate on the programme and employers must confirm that opportunities for upskilling progression are available within their organisation. This specific pathway identifies the required modules that a learner would need to complete to achieve a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. The duration of the course ranges from 6 months – 18 months, depending on the learner. The accredited course follows the specific modules, dictated by the awarding body. All learners receive employability and mentoring support throughout the duration of the course. This includes: CV workshops, job coaching & the development of interview skills to prepare the learner to move in to a 'better job' by the end of the programme.
