Navigatr supports universities, employers, councils and regional skills networks with tailored administrator access, multiple workspaces, appropriate data boundaries, central governance, programme-wide reporting, integrations and implementation support. Where several departments or organisations need their own space with shared oversight, this is called a Community.

AI-assisted. Human-reviewed. Yours to control.
Our AI assistants draft badges, activities and pathways from your own materials. A member of the Navigatr team reviews your first programme before it reaches you. From there, your team can review, edit and approve everything, with Navigatr’s quality framework supporting consistency. Quizzes, embedded learning content and outcome surveys can be configured through supported integrations or as part of Launch with Navigatr.
How the model growsFrom one team to a connected skills ecosystem.
The core platform stays familiar. Administration, data boundaries, governance and support grow more sophisticated as the programme grows.
One team
A small provider, employer or charity: one shared workspace, your programme built, everything editable by a small team.
One organisation
A college or employer coordinating larger programmes: multiple admin teams, bulk member upload, groups and cohort management.
Multiple organisations
A council or network: separate workspaces and data boundaries for every organisation, with shared governance and reporting across all of them. This is the enterprise and ecosystems conversation above.
Groups organise people inside a shared workspace. Communities are for organisations that need separate workspaces, permissions or data boundaries.
Common questionsQuestions organisations usually ask.
Is there a free trial?
No. You subscribe from day one, and we do something better: we build your first working programme from your own courses before your first login. You begin with something real to review and use, not an empty account.
Do you charge per learner or per badge?
Never. Platforms that charge per learner or per badge tax your success: the more people you help, the more you pay. We think that’s backwards. Unlimited learners, unlimited issuing, always.
Why don’t you charge by the number of badge designs?
Creating and issuing badges should be the simple part. We do not ration badge designs or make organisations buy badge credits. Our focus is giving you the tools, support and insight needed to deliver and measure a successful programme.
What is the difference between Launch and Navigatr Pro?
Launch includes everything you need to run the programme, including member management and programme analytics, with one named administrator. Navigatr Pro at £99/month is the same platform for a team: everything in Launch, with up to five named administrators. £1,188 a year, excluding VAT. Pay annually by invoice or monthly by Direct Debit.
What if more than 10 people need to manage the programme?
That is an enterprise conversation. We agree the administrator access, workspaces, data boundaries and governance your programme needs, then provide a clear price.
Can different departments keep their data separate?
Yes. Groups organise learners within one workspace. When departments or organisations require distinct permissions and data boundaries, our Communities give you separate workspaces with central oversight.
Simple enough to start today. Powerful enough to scale across a city.
Tell us what participants should achieve and how your organisation is structured. We’ll build your first working programme and walk you through it.
